Abstract

This article provides a philosophical analysis of the significance and essence of the categories of morality and virtuous character, which form the core of human spiritual being and constitute a central theme in the works of Aqit Ulimzhiuly. These categories define the ontological nature of the individual, shaping one’s inner spiritual world, worldview orientations, and social relations, and thus function as fundamental regulators of human existence. The true essence of a person is revealed not in external appearance or knowledge, but in ethical values such as honesty, justice, compassion, responsibility, and truthfulness. Aqit Ulimzhiuly’s doctrine of “Khas Zhaksy” is distinguished from Abai’s concept of the “Perfect Man” by its substantive and structural particularities, representing a unique manifestation within the system of Kazakh moral philosophy. Based on the principle that “The good brings benefit to the people, while the bad destroys society,” Aqit asserts that a person of virtuous character and stable moral integrity serves as the principal regulating force of social life.

In the context of Islamic akhlaq doctrine, the “Khas Zhaksy” concept is interpreted as a supreme ethical guideline leading toward the ideal of the perfect human and the true Muslim. In this regard, it appears as a synthesis of ethical and philosophical tenets, reflecting the moral principles and axiological foundations of Islamic philosophy.
