The memoir describes the personal being of Bisembay Ergalievich Kolumbaev, who passed away on November 29, 2025, as well as the spiritual and cognitive characteristics of the philosophical school he founded. It examines how the mentor’s pedagogical practice transcended the traditional academic model of instruction and transformed into an existential space of human self-cognition. Kolumbaev’s philosophical approach is revealed through the concept of the «third-person perspective», demonstrating that thought is a living process manifested in bodily experience.
In addition, a triadic structure of understanding human existence through the levels of the «pre-human», the «human», and the «supra-human» is analyzed as the worldview foundation of the philosophical school. This structure makes it possible to interpret the human being not as a static entity, but as a subject within the process of spiritual evolution. The memoir portrays the mentor’s spiritual state, apprehended through silence, movement, and vocal intonation, as a philosophical act, thereby substantiating philosophy not merely as a theoretical discourse but as a lived existential experience. Consequently, the core value of Kolumbaev’s school is shown to be oriented toward personal self-reflection, confrontation with one’s inner being, and continuous striving along the path of spiritual perfection.
